How is the work billed?

An invoice will be sent to you each fortnight, along with timesheets, to show you how the time has been spent on your business. Our terms are strictly 7 days from receipt of invoice. Payments can be made directly into our bank account.

How do we get started?

After your initial enquiry I will arrange to catch up with you, either by phone or Zoom, to discuss your business needs and how we could assist you. After this initial meeting a proposal will be sent to you to confirm the details that were discussed. If you are happy to move forward, a service agreement will be issued, which we will both sign. You will also receive a copy of the signed agreement for your own records. We can then begin working together!
