Susan
Executive Assistant
The founder of BreakFree Virtual Assistants, Susan provides skilled administrative support and brings 20+ years experience to the table.
She has a broad background in administration, having worked as a Personal Assistant for Corporate CEOs and General Managers for several high-profile companies in the areas of media, marketing, accountancy, business and private school education. Most recently, she has turned her attention to working as an Executive Assistant VA.
Susan loves processes, procedures and - most of all - getting people organised! She is a problem solver and always strives for excellence, offering her clients professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.
Sam
Accounts & Business Services
Sam has 20+ years’ experience working as a General Manager for some of Sydney’s highest profile shopping centres, and has also worked as a Payroll Manager for over 10 years for a multi-site Independent School with 300+ staff. Prior to his career in shopping centre management, Sam worked as an Accountant and Financial Controller.
If the financial side of your business gives you a headache, Sam is your man! He is an expert at making sure you have the information you need to grow your business.
Sam is available to assist with our clients’ accounts, both payable & receivable, as well as income and expenditure reporting and any other business reporting you may need.
Sam is also a JP, so we can offer this service to our clients if you live in the Sydney area.
Alana
Copywriting & Proofreading Services
Alana lends her keen eye for detail and her passion for language to our copywriting and proofreading services. Having graduated with an English degree, she has spent the last few years working as a copywriter and social media manager.
Alana helps our clients turn their ideas into clean and clever copy. Whether it’s a rough draft in need of padding out, a report in need of proof-reading, or a social media caption that needs to hit the mark, Alana is up for the task.
We know how important it is to capture the right tone for your business copy, so Alana will work with you to ensure she captures your voice accurately.
